The information on the investments used to compile the Venture Index™ and other associated information provided on the website is obtained from these founder members. It is not obtained from any other source. All the information used in the compilation of the Venture Index™ and other associated information can be viewed via the downloads obtainable from www.vcrdirectory.net for a small charge.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure the completeness of the information used at www.venture-index.co.uk™, the accuracy of the information has not been verified by www.ventureindex.co.uk™, TMRM Ltd nor any of TMRM's directors, employees or agents and consequently cannot be guaranteed.   All data supplied by founder members is provided without responsibility on the part of TMRM Ltd.

TMRM Ltd is not an agent for any of the founder members or their investee companies whether or not they are specifically identified at www.ventureindex.co.uk.

Copyright and intellectual property issues

Both the Venture Index and the VCR Directory are protected by intellectual property rights. The content of the Venture Index and the VCR Directory, such as data, text, graphics, images, logos, button icons, software and the compilation and arrangement of the information whether online or on paper are protected by copyright, database right, trade mark and other intellectual property laws. All material relating to the Venture Index and the VCR Directory is the property of the TMRM or its subsidiaries. The compilation (meaning the collection, arrangement and assembly) of all content on the Venture Index and the VCR Directory is the exclusive property of TMRM and is protected by copyright and database right laws.

No supplier or user of this content shall have access to these intellectual property rights. TMRM and its subsidiaries shall have conduct of all proceedings relating to such intellectual property rights. Both suppliers and users of the content agree to give full co-operation in respect of this.

Please note that under the laws of copyright it is an infringement to copy, reproduce, display, issue copies to the public, rent, lend or adapt the whole or a substantial part of the contents of the Venture Index or the VCR Directory without the consent of TMRM. Under the laws relating to database rights, it is an infringement to extract or re-utilise the whole or a substantial part of the contents of the Venture Index or VCR Directory or to repeatedly extract or re-utilise in substantial part content from the Venture Index or VCR Directory.
